Order Cutoff Time

The latest time to place an order is 9:00 PM.

Delivery Fees and Minimum Purchase

Delivery fees vary based on your location and order amount, which is managed through our Alpine IQ backend system. Currently, we charge a general delivery fee of $5. A minimum order amount of $40 (before tax) is required for delivery.

Return Policy

Accepted Returns

We only accept returns for defective hardware items, such as malfunctioning vape cartridges or batteries.

Terms and Conditions

We ONLY accept returns or exchanges for products with mechanical failures. All sales of flower, edibles, and non-mechanical products are FINAL—no returns will be accepted for buyer’s remorse.

To be eligible for a return, state and local law requires that customers must have the original packaging, the receipt, and a functional portion of the product remaining. All approved returns will be issued as store credit.
