A: Delivery fees vary based on location and order amount. The standard delivery fee is $5.

Q: Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
A: Yes, the minimum order amount is $40 before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We only accept returns or exchanges for defective hardware products, such as malfunctioning vape cartridges or batteries.

Q: What is your return policy?
A:

• Accepted Returns: Products with mechanical failures only (vape cartridges, batteries, etc.)
• Non-Returnable Items: Flower, edibles, and non-mechanical products are FINAL SALE
• No Returns: Buyer’s remorse is not eligible for return

Q: What do I need to return a defective product?
A: Per state and local law, you must have:

• A functional portion of the product remaining
